JUSTIFICATION
Ethis seminar is encompassed within an investigation on Reputation of the Media in Spain in which the professor Mrs. Carmen Caffarel and the professor Yolanda Ortiz from Guinea Ayala have participated.
And as a continuation of the seminars: The reputation of journalists celebrated in October of 2013, the Media Reputation seminar: The dialogue between professionals and the Society held on 13 November 2017 and the Media Reputation seminar: Traditional media versus Digital Media held on 13 November 2018 at the Faculty of Communication in collaboration with the UNESCO Chair for Research in Communication.
OBJECTIVES
In this seminar we intend analyze and debate with representatives meanings of the national media and verification platforms their vision of the possible interrelation of the call declarative journalism and Fake News.
Diagnose the possible influence of this journalistic practice on the reputation of reputable media.
PROGRAM
The specialized Seminar is articulated in two differentiated axes:
- Presentation of the conclusions of the research team to date.
- Analysis of the central theme in which significant representatives of various media and media dedicated to the fact checkíng.

EXPECTED RESULTS
Pmelt into the media reputation analysis within the framework of the seminars held in previous editions.
Focus the research framework, this time, in the Fake News and Declarative Journalism in order to try further delineate the causes that influence the reputation of the media.
Encourage and focus critical debate on the reputation of the media opening the debate to the audience to act as a media interest group (the audience itself) lor that will enhance the extraction of conclusions relevant to the object of the investigation.
